Seth Rodriguez

Seth Rodriguez, a Fort Worth, Texas native, earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Baylor University in 2021, where he studied with Jeffrey Powers, Alton Adkins, and Dr. Kristy Morrell. During his time at Baylor, he completed his student teaching at Gatesville High School in Gatesville, Texas. He later earned his master's degree in horn performance from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023.

Seth has spent the past four years teaching French horn throughout Round Rock ISD, working with students across the Cedar Ridge and Westwood clusters. He currently teaches more than 60 horn students and is passionate about helping young musicians develop both their technical skills and love for music. In addition to teaching, Seth is a core member of the Austin Brass Collective and remains active as a performer throughout Central Texas.

Outside of music, Seth enjoys watching films and ranking them on Letterboxd, always searching for his next favorite movie.
